Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Each item is carefully handcrafted, and slight variations are considered part of its unique character and are not considered defects.

Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, responsibility for the package transfers to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or damaged in transit. Any claims regarding shipping issues must be filed directly with the carrier.
